While you’re here, just to update you with recent changes:
I’m now a full time creative, and I have lockdown to thank for that!
I’m writing short stories and poetry, and also continuing with illustration and making textile art. As always, all on the theme of memory, remembrance and traces left behind.
I’m thrilled to be contributing to two new anthologies of contemporary fairy tales, available 2021: B is for Beauty: An anthology of Beauty and the Beast, and C is for Curse, Robyn Sarty.
Latest poetry submissions: to the National Poetry competition, and I’m proud to have a poem in the new anthology, The Stars That Twinkled Hope, Angela Wignall. Proceeds to charity.
School memories – inspired by my experiences whilst working at the British Schools Museum, Hitchin, UK
Entangled – inspired by visiting Anselm Kiefer’s exhibition at the White Cube, Bermondsey
I’m currently compiling an anthology of poems on the subject of memory and loss
Keeping checking this space!
